What is the best treatment for herniated and bulging discs in the neck? - herniated discs more condition_symptoms

I have a herniated disc in the region and vaulted C4/C5 disc below. I tried physiotherapy, acupuncture, ice packs, heat packs - but nothing seems to relieve pain. Suggestions?
