What software is best for recording online conversations? I need to be able to record 5 or 6 people at once.? - software tabletop testing

It is an online version of the table RPG. We wanted our game sessions, which examine both what we have done wrong demonstrate in relation to standards, and for possible publications. Any help is appriciated, thank you in advance!
